Colchester Pet Stores is an independent family business now being run by the third generation of the same family. We have been trading in Colchester for over fifty years and have built up a wealth of experience in all aspects of pet welfare. We have seen many changes over the years as products for pets have changed and improved immensely. We continually monitor product ranges to ensure that we keep up to date with the latest developments in order to offer our customers what we consider to be the best products available.
Here at Colchester Pet Stores customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we greatly value the fact that many of our customers have been shopping with us regularly for many years. New customers are continually surprised by the huge range on offer in our shop and in the event of a request for an item that we do not keep in stock we will always order it in.
