Puddle Pet Care was formed in January 2000 after we "escaped the rat race" of London and moved to the village of Selsey in West Sussex. In the first year we just ran a Local Home Delivery service of pet foods and accessories to customers in our area. In January 2001 we launched our Internet Store - with some trepidation! However we have not looked back. As a family run business we pride ourselves on customer service, and feel that this has contributed to the continued growth of Puddle Pet Care.
In the same ownership for 21 years, we have built our reputation on supplying the best pets, food and accessories. We are licensed to sell kittens plus small animals, birds, tropical and cold water fish, tortoises, reptiles and tarantulas. In addition, our extensive range of bird seeds, feeds and accessories means we can supply anything you need at the most competitive price.
In November 2011, looking for a new challenge, Jenna decided to open her own ‘petshop with a difference': Unique Pets was born. Two years after opening her first shop Jenna branched out to open a second store in Aylesbury, followed by local deliveries and now a grooming parlour. Watch this space to see what's next.
IN2PETS 'Witneys' only Town Centre Pet Store' grand opening was on Friday 19th September 1997 along with Russel Rabbit & Gerty Guinea Pig. The business today is basically run and managed by the families second generation, and lots of help from the sales team!
