About the Business
Our story started back in 1994, by Laurie and Jenny and is family owned and run Plc. We are an independent Pet store based in the historic market town of Guisborough. The friendly atmosphere to our customers within our business is paramount to the company's success, and to continue this in 1998 our youngest daughter Julie joined the company. The demand for a far greater range of products and the continued support of all our customers enabled the company to expand from its two smaller units into the present 4000sq ft warehouse in 2001.
New chapters Continue to be written within our story with the launch of Feedems own website in 2006, followed by our eldest daughter's husband Ian into the business, bringing his many years of retail experience. All our staff are fully trained in pet and animal care, with continuous training and development so that we can always help you make the right choices.
