About the Business
Puddle Pet Care was formed in January 2000 after we "escaped the rat race" of London and moved to the village of Selsey in West Sussex. In the first year we just ran a Local Home Delivery service of pet foods and accessories to customers in our area. In January 2001 we launched our Internet Store - with some trepidation! However we have not looked back. As a family run business we pride ourselves on customer service, and feel that this has contributed to the continued growth of Puddle Pet Care. As well as us "humans" we also have a number of 4 legged assistants who act as advisors and product testers! Kirrie& Gem the Border Collies & Fitz & Charile the Cats - so hopefully we have some ideas about what pet owners are looking for. We only sell products on our site that we would be happy to use with our own pets.
