About the Business
We are family business, based in the seaside town of Helensburgh, and have been trading since 1983. In our 30 years of trading in Pet Retail, we have seen a lot of changes, particularly in the exotic pet market - for example - Bearded Dragons, Geckos and Hermann's Tortoises. Although we are conscious of looking at new ways to improve and enhance our business, what is really important is the advice and knowledge we can give to assist our customers in caring for their pets' needs. Whether that be food, training aides, bedding, or even just information on their pets' needs, we aim to provide the highest level of customer service.
October 2008 saw the launch of our new web site. We hope this site will help us continue to grow our unique service to our customers and their pets.
